COVID-19 Update – HVGP LLP Offices Closed To Visitors Effective Immediately
The office of HVGP LLP will be closing our office to visitors/public effective immediately. We are taking this pro-active measure to ensure the health and safety of our staff. We understand this decision may create challenges for some clients, and we will continue to communicate with you as we follow guidance from the regional and national health authorities.
For the current time you may continue to send your packages to us via courier, but please be advised if the situation escalates we may be required to close our office immediately and your delivery may be effected.
We encourage you to send your tax information for preparation to us electronically through our secure file sharing option. The ShareFile server is a secure portal to upload documents safely without the need for a password and no file size restrictions. To send documents securely please contact our Administration team at Admin@hvgp.ca.
